Digital Growth and Content Executive

We are looking for a motivated and curious Digital Growth and Content Executive to join our team. You will work on-site in our modern office near Ku’damm and collaborate closely with different teams on meaningful growth and content initiatives.

In this role, you will help drive our digital growth efforts by identifying opportunities, understanding audiences, and strengthening the organic visibility of our products and content. You will also observe relevant online communities and emerging digital trends, especially in spaces where authentic conversations influence reach and turn these insights into actionable ideas.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support market, audience, and competitor research

  • Identify and evaluate digital growth opportunities

  • Monitor community signals, online discussions, and user trends

  • Contribute to content strategies that improve reach, engagement, and discovery

  • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and other internal teams

  • Prepare insights, summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders

  • Bring fresh ideas to growth projects and content initiatives

Your Profile

  • A strong interest in digital growth, content strategy, or online communities

  • Understanding of how people engage with content across digital platforms

  • Analytical mindset with curiosity for data, trends, and user behaviour

  • Proactive, structured, and independent working style

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of projects
