We’re building a high-performance, low-bureaucracy team and are now looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to fully own our provider deals, promotions, and commercial performance across the platform.
The Role
As Commercial Manager - Supplier Partnerships , you will own all third-party game provider relationships, acting as the primary commercial and operational point of contact.
You will be fully responsible for negotiating provider deals, structuring promotions, securing on-site visibility, and ensuring all activity is executed, tracked, and optimised for performance. You’ll work closely with Operations and Marketing, while remaining fully accountable for the commercial results of provider partnerships.
This is a high-ownership role suited to someone commercially sharp, highly independent, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving crypto casino environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Ownership & Relationships
Own all third-party game provider relationships, acting as the primary commercial and operational contact
Hold full responsibility for provider-related deals, promotions, and on-site visibility
Run weekly alignment calls and performance reviews with providers, covering:
Promotion performance and ROI
New opportunities for placements or discounts
Upcoming game releases and launch support
Commercial Deals & Negotiation
Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with game providers, including:
Free spins promotions
On-site challenges and missions
Homepage, lobby, and category placements
Provider-funded discounts and promotional budgets
Continuously identify opportunities to increase provider-funded value, including stronger offers, higher discounts, and improved placements
Promotions & Performance
Own provider-linked on-site promotions end-to-end, ensuring correct setup, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation
Define and execute provider-specific promotional strategies aligned with platform revenue and player behaviour
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations to optimise VIP and high-value player activity, particularly on discounted or promoted games
Collaborate with Marketing on:
Additional promotional emails and campaign pushes
Provider-focused marketing initiatives and launch campaigns
Game Launches & Integrations
Coordinate new game launches end-to-end, including:
Prioritisation and scheduling of releases
On-site positioning and visibility strategy
Asset requirements, branding, and timelines
Ensure smooth integration and promotion of new game providers from commercial agreement through to live promotion
Autonomy & Accountability
Operate with a high level of independence, setting priorities, negotiating terms, and driving execution without close supervision
Be fully accountable for the commercial performance of provider deals and promotions
What We’re Looking For
Experience in account management, business development, or partnerships within iGaming, gaming, crypto, or digital platforms
Strong commercial negotiation skills with a clear focus on revenue, ROI, and performance
Comfortable owning relationships end-to-end, from deal negotiation to live optimisation
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple providers simultaneously
Confident operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bonus: experience working with game providers, casinos, or crypto platforms
