We’re expanding our global retention team and looking for a talented CRM Manager to drive player engagement, retention, and long-term value across our crypto sports betting and casino brands. You’ll work closely with the Head of CRM and the CMO to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, inbox, on-site, promo pages) covering onboarding, retention, reactivation, upsell, and cross-sell journeys for both Sports Betting and Casino verticals.Deliver vertical-specific campaigns including pre-match and in-play promos, event-driven offers, casino reloads, free spins, and personalized recommendations.
Coordinate with the VIP, Product, CS, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
Handle bonus setup, promotion configuration, and end-to-end QA across all player segments—from entry-level to VIP.
Build and maintain advanced player segmentation based on lifecycle, behavior, and preferences, applying personalized content logic and dynamic fields.
Collaborate with the CMO to refine segmentation strategies and align CRM initiatives with broader product marketing goals.
Manage automated journeys for onboarding, churn prevention, early-lifecycle nudges, reactivation, and VIP retention.
Partner with BI and Product teams to identify performance trends and optimize campaign flows through A/B testing and data insights.
Monitor CRM KPIs (open rates, CTR, CVR, retention, ARPU, activity levels, and revenue impact) and continuously optimize based on results.
Ensure all communications comply with iGaming, responsible gaming, and crypto-related regulations while maintaining accuracy and consistency across all channels.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming industry, with proven work across both Sports Betting and Casino verticals.
Deep understanding of player lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow within lifecycle and performance marketing.
Experience working with a crypto casino or blockchain-based gaming environment is a strong advantage.
