We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Casino to lead the Casino strategy for over99.com. You’ll be responsible for optimising the casino, driving product performance, and delivering campaigns that engage and retain players. This strategic, high-ownership role reports directly to the founders, giving you the platform to shape the direction of one of the most exciting crypto iGaming products in the world.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on leadership role combining product strategy, operational excellence, and creative execution. You’ll fully own the casino’s operations and performance, driving revenue growth, optimising processes, and ensuring players experience the very best of what over99 has to offer.

• Own and manage all aspects of casino operations, focusing primarily on driving revenue growth across slots, live casino, and crash games.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team, including CRM, Commercial, Payments, and Fraud/Risk Managers—ensuring alignment toward shared KPIs and a strong operational foundation.

• Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities that enhance player engagement and ROI

• Work closely with the VIP team (10 members) to deliver a world-class VIP casino experience and provide high-value players with a best-in-class platform.

• Collaborate closely with the Support team to ensure operational alignment and efficient information flow across VIP, Product, Tech, and Customer Support.

• Conduct regular competitor and market analyses to identify trends, player preferences, and performance benchmarks.

• Provide product feedback and recommendations linked to revenue generation and user experience optimisation.

• Propose and execute casino campaigns in coordination with the CRM and Marketing teams to drive retention, reactivation, and cross-sell opportunities.

• Work closely with platform providers and internal teams to identify and mitigate fraud, risk, and potential exploits, safeguarding operations and maintaining integrity.

• Support the Marketing team in planning and delivering casino promotions that enhance engagement and maximise performance.

• Contribute to testing, QA, and continuous optimisation of casino functionality and newly released features.

• Serve as the key escalation point for casino-related issues reported by Customer Support.

• Collaborate with CRM to define product-specific marketing strategies and co-own the casino communication plan.

• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and timely campaign execution.

• Support the founders and senior management with key projects and strategic initiatives that drive growth and reinforce over99.com as a market leader in crypto gaming.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in the iGaming industry in a similar product or management role.

• Deep understanding of casino verticals, including slots, live casino, and crash games.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Strong project management abilities and comfort working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Analytical and action-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization.

• Detail-focused, proactive, and accountable in delivering consistent results.
